“Clean room, staff were awesome”

“I’ve stayed here numerous times and plan to keep it as my go-to hotel in Wellington. Other reviews have mentioned many of the hotel’s advantages, but as someone who doesn’t like elevators, I especially appreciate that I can book a room without the sometimes complicated task of securing a lower floor afterward—since the hotel only has 2 floors.”

“I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre.”

“Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We...

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

“Overall good stay, comfortable large rooms with microwave and small fridge. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine”
