The Dylan Suites 3 - Steps from Downtown & Flagler

The Dylan is a stylish place close to must-see destinations. Walk 2 blocks to downtown, Flagler College and all the sites to see.

We offer a charming bed/bath in a boutique hotel. We have 6 individual suites. All come with the most comfortable beds, linens & pillows. Complementary are Netflix, a coffee/ tea bar, all shampoo, conditioner and wash. We offer a stocked minibar with water, soda & vitamin water, red & white wine, beer, hard seltzers and snacks for a fee.

Plush King bed with 50” tv with complementary Netflix. Glass rain shower with shampoo, conditioner and wash. Stocked Coffee/tea and Eat in bar with minibar with snacks and beverages available for purchase. Includes huge porch with 2 hanging hammock chairs & side tables to relax along with a privacy greenery wall.

Along with the patio off of the room, explore the outside deck with table for eating as well

Super safe, quaint neighborhood one block from the intracoastal outlet

Walk to over 500 restaurants, shops and sightseeing options.

No, the balcony view is not scenic. The neighborhood is run down and surrounded by either what appears to be poor renters ir poor students. The access is some very tight stairs with a wobbly hand rail. The parking is very bad - its in the very narrow street and my rental was damaged overnight. Unless you are on a shoestring budget do yourself a favor and stay in a nicer hotel

The property is in a great spot in relation to downtown and Flagler University. Very relaxing atmosphere on a quiet street. We loved our stay!

Perfect weekender

The room is super cute and has everything you need, including smaller touches of things you may have forgotten, to brochures and a small fridge and microwave. I love being able to sit on a patio or balcony to drink my coffe and the balcony checked a big box! Good walking distance to historic downtown

Cute place

This property was super cute. It had a nice outdoor space. There were snacks available for purchase and coffee provided. There was also shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, etc either provided or available for purchase. The only other thing that would have been helpful would be napkins.

New Year Recharge

We really enjoyed our stay in this suite. It was exactly as portrayed in pictures: clean, comfortable and an easy walk to all the sights. Thank you to Monique and Jared for great communication. This was exactly what we needed!

Fountain of Youth

We were able to walk to two great restaurants, Ice Camp and Fish Camp, from the stay location. We were also able to walk to the hop on/hop off trolley. The inside of the property was very clean and well furnished. The way it was set up for an old property was nicely done. The outside of the building had some rough spots. The king sized mattress did NOT have good support for us who are in our 60s. Jared and Monique dud an awesome job of communicating with me.

First time using VRBO

Wife and I stayed for two days and loved it. We met the property owner, Jared, who went out of his way to make our stay fantastic. The building is beautiful and our suite (3) was better than expected. Five stars.

Bohemian Fair

Stay 2 nights to sight see St Augustine. Clean and fun room. Location is prefect to walk to attractions and parking is right there. Would definitely stay again. There are stairs so keep that in mind

Amazing!

I had an amazing stay. The room was beautifully decorated. The private balcony was peacful and added a nice touch to my stay. The snack bar was reasonably priced and the location of the property was great as well. The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will definitely rebook here!
