“Parking”

“The juice on check-in was very tasty. The staff were really friendly, and not in the performative way, but in the "yeah, we run this place and we care" way. The rooms were hip and classy. Breakfast (french toast, pancakes, chicken sausage, hash browns) was all top notch, and at a price that would feel like a reasonably-good value at a restaurant that didn't have the typical hotel markup. Almost stayed in town an extra night to eat the breakfast again.”

“La struttura è sicuramente una delle migliori della zona di Chinatown. L’albergo è pulito e ben tenuto a 300 metri dalla fermata Red della metropolitana (3/4 fermate dal Loop). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I dintorni non sono il massimo e occorre prendere i mezzi per arrivare al centro ”

“This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.”

“Place was nice as always. We always go for a convention. Room was newly renovated. Trhe bathroom light wouldnt stay on though. It was on a timer and if you were in the shower it would just click off and youd be lift in darkness. Staff was okay for the most part besides the bell hop. Husband tried to get a trolley for our stuff, found an empty one and we grabbed it and the staff was extremely rude. Told my husband he couldnt just grab things and to put it back and said he "needed to go talk to...
