“Property was as described and clean when we checked in. Manager was very responsive to questions. Worked well for a quick stay in which we needed a home base. Location was close to nature walks/arboretum and quick drive to downtown Naperville. ”

“My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!”

“Big things: - THIS IS NOT A TWO BATH HOUSE. There is one full bathroom and a powder room. The listing is wrong, there is no second shower and we would never have booked for our party of 6 knowing this, so now you know too. - The cleaning standards are subpar, DO NOT STAY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. So many examples I could list but, sticking with big things, the worst was the floors were so dirty everyone's feet/socks turned black and we found a plate of moldy hamburgers in the microwave. “My family and me have a good time in Aurora. We spent a long time in Chicago e in Naperville, where my niece Claudia lives, but we enjoy our stay in Aurora house very much, because the house was nice, confortable, light and clean. It just suited to a big family!”

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "
