“I must say I was very disappointed with my stay at this Royalton property. I have stayed at two other Royalton resorts in the past and had positive experiences, so I did not think it was necessary to read reviews before booking. Unfortunately, I was greatly mistaken. I booked my stay along with five friends, who each reserved their own rooms. Out of all of us, I believe only two were satisfied with their accommodations. Considering the price we paid, the experience was far below expectations....

“This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. They collect every room’s linen and then go all the way down to then come all the way back up. The good thing is that there are some taxi drivers that take visitors all...
