“our room was dirty and lacked all the amenities that were listed in the booking page. we didn’t care about not having a dryer or an iron (since we were only staying for 5 days) but we didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! we asked the staff to get us one multiple times but we got pretty much ignored since we never got it.
it wasn’t even possible to check in at a different time even if they had it as an option in their booking page and even sent us an email asking us about our arrival time to adjust...
“The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room ”
“Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL ”
“Terrific location for attending a gig at the Park. Very kindly and helpful staff, very good atmosphere all round. Comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast included was satisfying, and with a 20% client discount it was definitely worth eating there late afternoon. Easy links into London for travel. Would absolutely stay there again.”
“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £.
Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....
“Great location, nice apartment clean and cosy. Personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. 15 min. walking to the train station or just 5 min. to the bus for the train station.
Just to be picky the only things that can be improved are the TV reception and the couch that needs to be replaced but overall this is a nice place to stay.”

starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”
