“Camera e letto grandi. E' praticamente in un'area di servizio quindi comodo per arrivare e andare su autostrada e aeroporto ( e non troppo lontano da chester). Aria condizionata un po troppo sparata. Pulizua bagno migliorabile. Complessivamente buono e sncora abbastanza nuovo ma prezzo un po troppo alto.”

“The bed was very uncomfortable!!! It dipped in the middle so it was quite difficult to lie flat.
The balcony only had one seat on it but, as we couldn’t get the door open anyway, that wasn’t a problem.
I didn’t take a shower cap with me as I expected the hotel to provide a selection of toiletries. It didn’t.
The shower head was a bit loose and out of my reach and, at one point, it was actually pointing at the wall with most of the water running down the wall.
We definitely would not return and...

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
The first room had a problem with the toilet flush, but the staff reacted quickly and gave us another room. However, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The furniture looked very worn out, the carpet had many stains, and the table in the room felt sticky.
In the morning, we noticed water leaking under the sink every time we washed our hands. The shower also made strange noises when...
