“Loved how new and fresh everything was. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of dining options right next door with a 10% off discount if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get back onto M1 either going north or south so great for a stopover. Will definitely stay again”

“The room was spotless, the receptionist was lovely and very informative. The grounds themselves were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Easy to get to and parking close to the rooms. Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady in the kitchen Would definitely recommend if you want no frills accommodation and total relaxation and peacefulness”

“This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?”
