“The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night.
There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast.
It's super close...

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met.
Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not...

“We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly.
This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!”

“Property was nice but extremely smelly. Beach was completely unusable due to massive amounts of seaweed. Every other resort used heavy machinery to clean their beach, except margaritaville. Between the semi trucks slamming dumpsters at 6am, the beeping golf carts all through the night and dozens of roosters crowing at 4am, sleeping was almost impossible. We ordered a to-go meal from their restaurant and it took over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The staff were all very nice, helpful and worked...

“The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts.”
