“This hotel claims they do not operate through Expedia, arrived at hotel late at night and they claimed to have no record of my booking despite funds having been taken by Expedia (Owner claims he has been trying to get the hotel removed from Expedia for the last 2 years??). Had to spend hours on phone with Expedia, at international roaming rates, to try and get a refund so that we could pay the hotel directly. “Lovely people but the place is run down and the room had very old linens- towels that probably can never be white again. I was afraid to use them. Breakfast was like anything one would make at home except not even like that. Disappointing experience”

“Site states it provides free shuttle to and from airport. But staff will try and chest you for 35 usd each way .. in cash ... Had to waste hours with Expedia still site refused tunyil I ask for charge machine and a recite. Too which they finally agree to derive.. do not trust or book. ”
