“Please read carefully, one portion of the property is a hostel and the other portion is a hotel.
I accidently booked a hostel room, thankfully I was able to upgrade to a regular room. This is in east Austin, there is a lot of night life in this area, so do keep that in mind as well.
I was grateful that I was able to upgrade my room, I understood the price discrepancy was my fault and didn't mind any increase in the price, I understood it was short notice. However there was unnecessary...

“We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned until the day before we were told that they had a lot of checkouts so they couldn’t get to our room to clean it. They only threw the trash two days and I complain to the housekeepers each one each day I complained to the front desk each day I asked for the number for corporate. Nobody had it.
