“Very clean apartment, with helpful staff who answered all of my questions through email. There was laundry in the apartment that you could use, and a fully stocked kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.”

“Grounds were beautiful and rooms Were clean and well maintained. Pool staff was excellent but pool could have been cleaner. Wilkes Bar was disappointing…. Don’t really accommodate hotel guests for walk ins and could not even make reservations for the next night but they seem to always have availability in the dining room and room service. Wilkes atmosphere was stiff non personable … giving orders to staff in front of guests and Correcting minor staff errors in front of guests. Made it feel...

“Great place to stay, clean, staff are friendly. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, beds are comfortable. Pillows are really fluffy, if you like firm pillows bring your own. I’d stay here again. ”

“Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!”

“Everything was fantastic, the only thing that I was not excited about was the food that was served. The hot food was not great, the potatoes were cold, the ham was overcooked. Everything else was fantastic.”

“We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.”

“Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...
