“Room was nice but not the room I thought we were getting. I thought we had a suite with a bed in a separate room. Also for the pull out couch we had to go to the front desk and ask for extra blankets. The lady at the front desk kept telling us there's some in our and tried to explain to us where they were, well we kept telling her no there was no blanket in the closet. Also to pool room was so cold, the hot tub isn't even very warm. Not much different from the pool temperature ”

Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. Siamo rimasti un'altra ora ad attendere le loro verifiche con una persona con atteggiamenti nevrotici che sembrava non...

“The drain in the shower didn’t drain right in room 20 and we didn’t have back up toilet paper and ran out of towels also when u ran the ac it made the room dry! And this was our second time staying here!”
