“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frankenmuth Motel, although we only stayed for one night. The motel is conveniently located. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Coffee, tea, and juice are available in the office during the day. The breakfast included bagels, muffins/donuts, bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the motel was an excellent value for our travel dollars. We would stay again. P.S....

“They were having some renovations during our stay. We were not bothered by that but I do believe there was an impact on the Happy Hour. The 3 nights were were there the Happy Hour was the worst I have ever had at a Drury. Constantly running out of various items, no one checking timely to ensure guests didn't have to wait for food. Lack of staff to run bar and food.”

“The bed was amazingly comfortable. All staff were courteous and pleasant and very helpful. The room design is efficient and we liked the full size refrigerator/freezer. So useful to keep food and drinks cold and and keep ice handy.”

“Little restroom for a kind of the room, Terrible view for the type and cost of the room..Very noisy... The air conditioning and swimming pool motors are very close. Eating ordinary food”

“Construction on our floor so paint and chemical smells, drop cloths and construction items all through the hallway. Ice machines didn’t work on our floor other than the 1st floor. Construction work stared at 730 and was LOUD.”

“Arriviamo e impieghiamo un'ora per fare il check-in con una persona incompetente che non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine ci danno la stanza regolarmente pagata per tre notti. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. Siamo rimasti un'altra ora ad attendere le loro verifiche con una persona con atteggiamenti nevrotici che sembrava non...

“The hotel had many spare rooms the night I arrived but the front desk clerk refused to change mine.She said that it was a third party booking and she couldn't do it, as it was in a different category . None of them were luxury rooms, have never been to a hotel where they would not change a room for you. weird”
