“I know this sounds silly, I felt like when I was in the bathroom I could hear everything in the hallway. Hopefully, they couldn't hear everything in bathroom. Also, toilet paper holder was hard to reach”

“The elevator was too small and it took forever to go up or down. We got there early and they told me my room wasn’t ready and it wouldn’t be ready until 3pm so we went to get something to eat and returned at about 3:40pm and the room still wasn’t ready so we waited. Never again!”

“The room was clean and the pump bottles of toiletries in the shower were great! The staff was friendly and the location was convenient! Giving 9 instead of 10 because of the clunky sounding elevator and air conditioner unit. But we would stay here again mostly because we had a continental breakfast like we had never seen before: eggs, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, waffle maker, fruit. Most hotels we stay at don’t even do cereal and pastries anymore!”

“Hampton Inn Birch Run was excellent for our weekend away. The kids were sad the pool was closed for the weekend. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were fantastic with the kids!”

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and...

“Charming, comfy, and clean bed and breakfast with a great staff. The room was a great size that had everything you need. We had a great nights rest and woke up and had a delicious breakfast downstairs in the beautiful dining room. We will definitely be back!”
