“What made this stay exceptional was an exceptional staff. Unfortunately only 1 expensive restaurant was open, but our room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and the front staff was some of the best we have come in contact with. “Liked it being a small less crowded place. We got ice delivered to the room. There is no beach. The tv didn’t work for the entire stay, the ‘engineer’ checked 2 times and had to contact the IT people. The front desk had implied we didn’t know how to use the remote. Did not see anyone come for housekeeping for our 3 day stay. On the final day kept coming asking when are we leaving so she could check the room, 3 hours before the checkout time. “I will start with all the good first. Elliot at the front desk was so helpful and very pleasant. Gave exceptional customer service. This hotel is a very nice place. Rooms are not the best but i can’t say they are the worst. This hotel faces the Atlantic side of the ocean so it’s not swimmable if this is what you would like to do at this hotel. The beach chairs are old and outdated. They do clean the pools every morning and the staff does greet you. The restaurants are not the best. The pizza...

“Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site...
