“The apartment was adequate, if a little dated. Fairly spartan kitchen supplies. The area is very isolated, with not much to do. A car is required to go anywhere, and the state of the roads and traffic mean that it is a bit stressful to get anywhere. The marina is ok, but limited. The “marina village” is very disappointing, the food not great and the staff quite disinterested. The Zoetry hotel looks good, but in reality it is tired. The gym was ok, but the food was poor. “Wonderful, well appointed apartment...very clean and up to date, air conditioned, crystal clear pool, safe area...walking distance to grocery store and town. Owners, Alicia and Roger, were very helpful. “First of all, the suite is very spacious with a fully functioned kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are quite big too. The location is basically next to Zoetry resort so if you don’t want to pay for their rate, this definitely is a great option. Additionally, the host has been very responsive and helpful, which is much appreciated in a foreign country.”
