The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet! “I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel in a great location but was hard to find parking on the Friday night we were there. People not staying in hotel obviously parking there. I feel a little unsafe as a female walking in the lot at night. Bar was happening so eating there was not an option. Staff very friendly but seemed short staffed.”
