“ Very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels. The location was central to Epworth and the downtown area. Busy road, but noise not noticeable inside and easy to get on and off the road. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable. ”

“Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. “Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great.”

“Location is perfect. Waking up to the sunset over the beach while enjoying coffee on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The pier to the beach was right outside the back door which is very convenient especially if you have a lot of items you like to carry. The beach was not overcrowded. We enjoyed walking the pier and seeing the turtles nesting and rabbits hopping around in the dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking...

So often with vacation rentals we find there is a switch, or outlet, or faucet that doesn't work well or at all. None of that here. ...

“Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...
