“Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”

“Hotel molto acogliente in ottima posizione. Unica pecca di questo tipo di hotel (young’s) e la manutenzione e pulizia che non si può dire inesistente ma comunque un po’ approssimativa. Per il resto consigliatissimo ”

“Struttura ottima, abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti in una camera con bagno e cucina al primo piano, vista parco. La cucina era veramente attrezzata di tutto punto con ottimi elettrodomestici (presenti anche asse e ferro da stiro). Bagno grande e doccia enorme per gli standard di Londra. A 3 minuti dalla fermata di Thuram Green della Direct Line, che collega bene ai principali monumenti e musei. Per questioni di sostenibilità cambiano gli asciugamani ogni 5 giorni, ma se c'è necessità si può...
