“Hotel was average, but I paid $$$ because a concert was close by. Seems rather unfair, especially because it was triple their normal charge for a room. I knew what I was getting into for convenience, but come on!!! Triple?? Super nice staff though! ”

“Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in.”

“We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!”

“Service was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were closed down for the night and that’s why we stayed there for that reason. Very disappointing. ”

“The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. I appreciated how easy it was to get on and off the freeway nearby, as well. Would absolutely choose this hotel for any future travel to the...
