“Sweet, super clean and comfortable hotel. We had a lovely stay! ”

“Good Hotel, Nice personnel at the reception (I don't think I've seen teh same person twice in a 4 days stay). Nice room (17th floor), minimalist decor, the espresso machine in the room was a great surprise. Overall a very good stay. Only, minor, issue I feel I could report is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim, making it hard to shave precisely (there was a magnifying mirror, but that got even less light). Definitely looking this place up first should I get back to Ottawa.”

“Emplacement très pratique Chambre spacieuse Il manque le peignoir pour la piscine car les couloirs sont frais quand on sort mouillé. Un point de vigilance pour la piscine, c'est très désagréable que certaines personnes arrivent avec les bottes de neige au bord de la piscine, tout comme ceux qui mangent des chips et sandwichs (pas la faute de l'hôtel si les gens ne respectent plus les bases de la civilité) Un”

“Staff were amazing over the holidays. A quick and friendly check-in, clean quiet room on an upper floor, and secure, underground parking made it a great stay.”

“Great location. Room was clean and in really nice shape. Front desk staff were amazing and offered suggestions for events in the Byward Market on NYE! Gave us a free upgrade, nice room and very spacious! But it was the farthest from the elevator! Lol.”

“Siamo arrivati tardi ma avevamo ricevuto il codice per la porta e una volta entrati abbiamo trovato tutte le istruzioni per il check in e le chiavi della stanza. Camera abbastanza pulita e ben arredata in stile vittoriano. Colazione un po' sotto le aspettative e con poca scelta. La manager è comunque molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato”

“veramente bello l'edificio ed in zona super veramente vicino a tutto ma check in da incubo non riescono a gestire l'arrivo delle auto con ingorgo sia al valet che al banco”

“Siamo stati solo una notte e siamo stati molto bene, avevamo una stanza molto grande con 2 letti ad una piazza e mezza. Ottima posizione in pieno centro. ”
