“Great hotel Very private”

“We were travelling from Sioux Falls, SD to Thunder Bay which, due to inclement weather, ended up being an 11 hour drive. When we finally got to the hotel we were informed that they had cancelled our reservation because they weren't able to process the credit card on file and that they had reached out to us to update the payment method. “I enjoyed my stay very much. The property and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and seem happy. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were excellent and effective. The continental breakfast is plentiful and the serving staff was outstanding. “Great place”

“Ants crawling on me in the middle of the night. Old burnt bottle caps from drug users under the bed and ac unit. Would not recommend to anyone”

“I was expecting better! There was nothing wrong with the staff. My issue was the room. The floor was very squeaky and the bed was horrible. I was looking forward to a good night sleep and I got the worse. I was in so much pain. I will never go back to that hotel.”
