Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“My family and I enjoyed the two bedroom hotel, however it was located on the 7th floor and no lift can take us there so had to use the stairs from the 6th floor.”

Room was up graded which was awesome , Was clean and quiet … Loved the 4 pm chocolate hour and the happy hour banter in the bar/ restaurant area .. The view from the bay windows in the restaurant were awesome whilst having a very hearty breakfast filled with variety not to mention the dinner menu.. ( I recommend the duck ) yum”

“I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre.”

“A great place for a three person business stay. Eveyone was happy with their room. Beds were comfortable and nicely fitted. Bathroom was a bit basic but very clean. When I had a water pressure issue in my shower they waited my room without hesitation.”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”
