The Space:

You’ll hear the gentle splash of the private pool and feel the cool touch of the ice‑bath after a friendly game of cornhole on the patio. In the evenings, the putting green glows under the stars, perfect for a relaxed challenge with family or friends.
Sleeping arrangements

Three full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to freshen up, and a free washer/dryer keeps linens and swimwear ready for the next adventure.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a private pool that can be heated on request, surrounded by comfortable loungers for sunbathing or stargazing. The entertainment area includes a game zone with cornhole and a dedicated putting green, while an ice‑bath and fitness space let you cool down or stay active. All of this is just a short stroll from the beach, only three miles away.
Kitchen & dining
The large, fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals for a group. A spacious dining area sits nearby, making it easy to share breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack after a day at the water.

Neighborhood
Seminole’s charm is at your doorstep. The beach is three miles away, perfect for sunrise walks or sunset swims. Seminole City Park, just 1.5 miles out, provides trails, playgrounds, and picnic spots. For travelers, St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport is a convenient 3.5‑mile drive, making arrivals and departures smooth.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community, lush landscaping, and a relaxed, suburban feel. It's often described as a great place to live with a small-town charm, and it's particularly popular with retirees, though it also attracts families. Our home is strategically located near everything you need. It is just a short drive from the pristine Gulf beaches, allowing for easy access to a coastal lifestyle. The area is also well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County.
You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and a modern shopping center nearby. Grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie are also in close proximity.
Getting Around:
Driving is the most convenient and common way to get around Seminole and the wider Pinellas County area. The property is well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard, which runs east-to-west, and Seminole Boulevard, which provides a key north-to-south route. This makes it easy to reach beaches, shopping, and neighboring cities.
Uber/Lyft are readily available and can be a good alternative. Biking is a good option for shorter distances and recreational purposes, the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail is a major multi-use path that runs for 75 miles through Pinellas County. You can easily rent bikes from local shops and use the trail to explore different communities and access cafes, shops, and parks.
Taxis are also an option, though they are generally less common than rideshare services in the area.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker; however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
