The Space:
Bedrooms: Our cozy, beach-themed home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom has a plush queen bed. The third bedroom, perfect for kids or friends, has two full-sized beds. Each room is equipped with a TV for your entertainment and relaxation needs!

Bathrooms: The spacious master bathroom, attached to the main bedroom, comes with a modern standing shower. The guest bathroom, conveniently located between the kitchen and bedrooms, has a relaxing tub perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

Kitchen: Our full-size kitchen comes with sleek stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils you'd need to whip up a special meal. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a family dinner, our kitchen has got you covered.

Living Room: The living room, with a comfy sofa and two love seats arranged around a TV, is the perfect spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Backyard: Step into our tropical backyard and experience a little piece of Caribbean paradise. With a refreshing pool, a BBQ grill, and an atmospheric fire pit, this space is designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a cool drink at the Tiki bar, fitted with stylish wooden bar chairs, or have an outdoor meal at the patio dining area. We also offer pool floats and games for added fun. Please note, while we regularly conduct pest control, you might spot the occasional lizard or bug – they’re part of our tropical charm!

Parking: Parking is hassle-free with room for up to two cars in the driveway and one additional spot in front of the house. Please be considerate and avoid parking in front of the neighbors' house.

Tech Amenities: Stay connected with our high-speed internet and enjoy your favorite streaming services on our smart TVs. For a smooth and easy check-in experience, we use a keypad lock and provide each guest with a unique code.

Extras: Apart from the standard amenities, we provide BBQ utensils and a variety of games – both for the pool and patio – ensuring there's never a dull moment at our home.

Guest Access:
We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home. The only thing we ask is that you please avoid using the patio shed.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Getting Around:
Navigating the local scene from our home is a breeze. With easy access to major roads and highways, including proximity to the I-275 and US-19, you're seamlessly connected to the best of Seminole and beyond. Explore the Gulf Coast beaches just a short drive away or venture into the heart of the city for urban adventures. Convenient local transportation options and nearby bus stops make getting around stress-free, ensuring you can effortlessly discover all the gems this area has to offer from your centrally located home base.

Other Things to Note:
If you're interested in heating the pool during your stay, we offer this feature for an additional $40 per day. Please ensure you request this service in advance and pre-pay. The pool is heated to a comfortable 85°F, though its effectiveness can vary with the weather conditions.

This service can be requested directly in our guest portal.

Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Monday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Verification & Agreement:
To keep our homes safe and secure for all guests, we require each reservation to complete a short verification process before check-in.

This includes:
• Filling out and signing a digital rental agreement and form.
• Providing a photo of a government-issued ID to validate the booking.
⚠️ Important: This process must be completed in order to receive your check-in instructions and gain access to the property. Without it, entry cannot be provided.

All information is collected securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Damage Protection or Security Deposit:
To protect both our guests and our properties, you will need to choose one of the following options:
• Damage Waiver – A one-time, non-refundable $70 fee that covers you for up to $5,000 in accidental damages.
• Refundable Security Deposit – A $500 refundable deposit, which will be returned after your stay once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
⚠️ Important: This step must also be completed in order to receive your check-in instructions and access to the property.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Guests can now request early check-in or late check-out directly through our guest portal. Both options are subject to availability and confirmed the day before your arrival or departure.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 3 pets per stay 🐾 for an additional fee. Please include your pets in your booking request so we can prepare accordingly.

Mindful House Rules:
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated fire pit area.
- We cherish tranquility, so please no loud music and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.
- Please supervise children at all times, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Parking:
• Driveway parking is available for up to 2 cars.
• Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties and grass.



The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.

Beaches: Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island are 15 minutes while St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach are just 20 minutes away, Honey Moon Island is about 35-minute drive away, you can also take the Caladesi Island Ferry, which is also a 35-minute drive from the house.

Airports: Tampa International Airport is 25 minutes and the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is just 15 minutes away.

Downtown areas: Downtown St. Pete is a 20-minute drive from the house.

Shopping: Publix Super Market, it's 5 minutes away, Bardmoor Promenade shopping center it's 5 minutes away where you will find a variety of stores like Starbucks, Panera Bread, Applebee's and chase bank.

Activities: Boca Ciega Millennium Park it's a 10minute drive, War Veterans Memorial Park it's 15 minutes away and Tropicana Field it's a 20 minutes drive.
