“There is very limited parking except for the $15.00 valet. If you dont pay for valet you may have to walk a 1/4 mile from the "overflow" lot to your room. Meanwhile there was 20 empty parking spots within 50 feet of the front door designated for valet only. They told me I have a designated parking spot but they couldn't remove the car in my spot when the lot was full. “Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“For a downtown high-rise hotel, it only has 16 parking spaces -- otherwise guests are left to hunt for street parking or public pay-by-the-hour lots (which may go way up in price at event times like baseball games, soccer games, etc.). The hotel has no general TV service, only a unit on the wall for guests to use for their streaming apps (which did absolutely no good for my elderly parents who wanted to watch the NBA Finals game on network TV). “The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”
