“I was pleased with my stay at the Economy Inn. Check in was smooth and the room was clean. The thing that through it over the top was running into the owner the next morning. He stopped and talked to me, asked if I was happy with my stay and wanted to know if he could do anything to make it better. To me this is above the call and warranted a review of an excellent rating. ”

“My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. “The male at the window at check in was very nice and respectful.When I made reservations it was wrong.The room reserved was for smoking and it was upstairs with no elevator.I I informed the man the situation and he bent over backwards to find me another room.He didn't have to do that but he did.His kindness was very appreciated.I don't know his name but if the manager sees this review I hope he returns the kindness to him.”
