Great location

We had an amazing time. Great location if you want to be able to go to Redhook and take transportation to St. John’s or pick up a guided tour of the BVI‘s. The property was laid out nicely. We loved the location and preferred the residence side to the hotel side personally, but it was nice to have the option of going to the hotel as well. The particular residence that we were in was very nice that were comfortable. Everything was taken care of nicely, and the daily room service was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again

Ritz Carlton Club Residence

From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, our experience was excellent. It was everything we dreamed of and so much more. My entire family would highly recommend. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that working with the property manager, Leah A., was outstanding. Leah was, responsive, attentive, and professional. It was truly a joy working with her. Ritz Carlton residences were beautiful with gorgeous views

The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very nice. Food was good but prices were expensive. It was easy to get seats by pool and bay. We had a great driver. She was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Her name was Stephie. Ask for her when you go.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely stay in St. Thomas! The accommodations were perfect. You really never need to leave the property to have a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this place!

Nice property great space for a family

Spent a week in this residence and the unit is excellent. Plenty of space in the 2 bed 2.5 bath. The twice a day House keeping is very nice and the ability to order room service in a residence. The residence pool isn’t as nice as the hotel pool and the service on the residence side is lacking. Everyday we had to find our own towels and chairs nobody helped but wasn’t an issue. You can’t beat the location and the hotel is a short walk away. Everyone is very nice. Only note is to use things at the hotels there are fees for each amenity such as the kids pools and kayaks which is annoying since you are paying a resort fee and a rental fee then a pool fee then a kayak fee seemed a little excessive to me but overall a nice choice just be aware of the added fees.

Amazing Family Vacation!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property and cannot say enough good things about it. The resort was beautiful and provided many options for us during our stay. Not to mention the condo itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could have asked for. Oh and the view from the balcony was breathtaking!!! All the people who worked for both the residence side of the Ritz and the hotel side of the Ritz were kind and helpful. We enjoyed all the water sports - Hobie Cats, Kayaks and paddle boards - the beach and great beach service as well as the gym and Yoga classes. It had everything you needed in a resort with all of the comforts and space of home in the condo. A 5 star option and we will definitely be back - the whole family agreed :)!! We will also book through Leah again since she was wonderful to work with and guided me through the whole process!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Fabulous overnight

We had a great - if short - stay at the Ritz Carlton Club en route to Virgin Gorda. Leah was a super host and made the entire process easy. We especially appreciated her advice on ground transportation and dining. The Ritz property (both the grounds and the room) was in great condition, and the staff - especially in the restaurants and by the pools - was really welcoming. We found the food onsite to be only average (and not cheap), but our kids did not agree. The only frustration was the fact that we weren’t able to delay our checkout by even one hour.

Great Trip!

We had a great trip and the unit was perfect for our family of 4, including an adult child and a teen. The staff were extremely attentive and food and drinks on property were great. One caution is that seaweed is BAD now (and stinky), so the club side beach wasn't really usable despite the valiant efforts of the staff at cleaning the beach. The hotel side was a bit more protected from seaweed, but something to keep in mind on this side of the island during a seaweed bloom.

Ritz Carlton residence in St Thomas

We had a great stay our place was beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. Communication with property owner was good she responded right away to any correspondence we had with her. We can’t wait to return.
