We stayed here March for spring break. We loved the location... close to the ferry to Saint John (WAY better beaches than St.Thomas, highly recommend ferrying over a few times during your stay!), sapphire beach is the best beach we visited on st.Thomas, a breeze, a reef to snorkel (saw sting Ray and turtles), beach bar, coffee shop, clean, and a great view of other islands in the distance.
The house was a very close walk to the beach. It was clean, Candy was available for questions. It would have been nice to have some type of book for recommendations in the area ( cabs, grocery stores, and other tips) it would also be nice to have a few staples at the home or at least communicate that there isn’t olive oil or charcoal etc. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
Tips- Moes market is better than the rest for grocery. Cabs run $4-6 per person. We ate at Sudis near the home, wouldn’t recommend (saw a few critters in the kitchen! And food was mediocre). Eat at taco chelles- awesome tacos! If you want calm waters go to Magens or Coki but Coki is geared more for adults. Snorkeling off Sapphire is awesome- tons of coral and sea life. If you make it to Saint John, go to extra Virgin for dinner, hike rams head and visit maho bay!!
