“This is a self serve hotel....meaning there is no front desk to check in. You are given a code to open the door of the building and to your room. It felt unsafe because if you are used to having someone on site 24/7 then you will feel a little uneasy. The property was clean and so was the room”

They were laughing about his broken English then I went to get coffee for myself and my daughter.
