“Over all an ok hotel. Staff is great, room was clean, overall the property is quite dated and shabby.”

“Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was quite comfortable. Not much of a view from rear facing rooms. Check in was easy, staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was a complete let down. Not 100% sure it is part of the hotel. Will review the restaurant separately. Very convenient underground parking.”

“While we did like the location, the cabin we stayed in needed a good cleaning. we never realized until we went to bed that the sheets hadn’t been changed. The office was closed so we just used our sleeping bags as we have them along with us. I wanted to talk with the front desk person when we left but the office was closed again, so never got a chance to. We have stayed in many motels on our cross Canada trip. The price for the night was about $50 more than we’ve paid for much nicer...
