“Beautiful setting with multiple pools. Rooms themselves are very basic, without character, no lights by bed for reading, or amenities such as coffee, etc. I rejected first room because of strong bleach odor. Facility does not offer dinner but they work with a very basic local restaurant so that one can order food. Do not go with the “healthy salad.” I had to leave early for airport, was told I would be provided with breakfast, but that didn’t happen. Nobody stirred. ”

“the present administrator tried to shake me down with a 19% tax upon arrival. He's also an animal hater......totally against my beliefs. he is trying to get rid of the local pets that hang out around the property which they help keep safe from wild animals and bad people. ”

“Room did not look as portrayed in the photos on the website. Bed felt as if it was the original bed of the 1930s. No minimun room amenities at all, beside toilet paper.”

“The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk. The breakfast was included a la carte and served in very spacious open area with the view of the property. The view of the landscape was great. No need for AC because of the...

“The staff was really attentive. If you like walking this is a great option. It is not far from Plaza Bolívar. There is a mall across the street. ”

“The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean but had no air conditioning so thats why Im giving 4 stars. The night got really humid. Breakfast was delicious. They have a dog and a cat which I love to see establishments being kind to animals. They also have a convenient store right next to the hotel that was definitely a plus.”
