“Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..”

“The property sits on a very hilly slope which was not only strenuous but exhausting. Day 2 at night, I realized I didn’t have hot water, especially at night which was very uncomfortable. My toilet handle was loose and I had to push it in and turn it to flush the toilet. I lost a ring and the staff attempted to help me find it but I’m not sure how it went missing and never turned up. I didn’t receive any help going down the hill to check-out but I also didn’t request it. I’ve been to other hotels...

The outfitting of the rooms were more traditional and not modern. Overall I will give a rating of 4/5 of places to book for your stay at Grenada if you're looking for homey, not too busy and quiet and clean environment. ”

However, the neighboring area of the hotel was very busy and loud. I often heard sirens during the stay. My only complaints about the hotel were that the food was just okay and housekeeping did not normally show until 4-5pm each day. The dining could really use an upgrade.
