“The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you.”

There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space. “Rooms are very old and dated. Paint peeling and ancient aircons that squeal. Had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. I was notified by text to move to a new room. Upon getting into the new room I discovered the door seemed to be locked from the inside yet could be pushed open without turning the handle from the outside due to the...

“it's basic accommodation which is a little dated but provides value for money in a location that is very suitable for me, with an abundance of parking readily available. Nice and friendly, personalised and caring. ”

“The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...
