“L'hotel è veramente bello sia come edificio sia come posizione, in mezzo ai boschi, di fronte al Cervino. Le camere sono splendide, specie quello nella zona chiamata Chalet. La colazione è abbastanza ricca e al ristorante al Bosco la cena è buona e l'ambiente veramente bello. la posizione è ideale per le passeggiate e per ammirare le monagne. A Zermatt si scende con il trenino o a piedi, ma ci vuole circa un'ora. Il prezzo del soggiorno è alto ma la bellezza complessiva fa superare l'ostacolo!”

“Un ottimo hotel, dotato di personale gentile e disponibile, in una posizione bellissima anche se non centrale. Trasferimento hotel stazione incluso, come pure l'uso della sauna e del bagno turco, completamente gratuiti. Avrei aggiunto in camera un kettle elettrico, ma a parte questo veramente bello e comodo ”

“Wonderful, quaint family owned hotel. Everything you need with the kindest staff. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay. Our only hesitation was a concern that after reading some reviews the hotel might be further from the main downtown area in Zermatt- psssh, perfect location just a short walk (and thats from a suburbanite american) from everything. Plus, gorgeous views right from our room. The pictures are...

“The hotel is about 10' walk from the train station. The hotel picked us up at the front of the train station. Our room is big and faces the Matterhorn, allowing us to view the Red Mountain in the early morning from our deck and window. One thing you should know is that the "first floor" is about 30 stairs above the ground level and you have to walk up and down. But the hotel staff will help to carry your luggage up to your room and take it down when you leave. We enjoy our time in this hotel. ”
