The home was in a great location, exactly what a large group needed. Plenty of room for 9 people, beds were very comfortable, there was water, TP, and linens - thank you! Would stay again if in the area. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms had items if you forgot something and plenty of towels for all.

Plenty of room for our family of 8, in town for TBS graduation. The place was clean and thoughtfully stocked with necessities and extras. Host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Kofi & Josephine have created a Home away from Home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was clean, we rested well in comfortable beds and living areas. The home was well stocked with essentials and more ! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and then come together for dinner at the dining room table. We appreciated gathering around the coffee table for games and fun in the living room. Peaceful……..SereneCave Indeed! Thank you !

This place was clean, extremely well stocked. They had most of what you could ever need on site. It turned cold but home was cozy. It is one of the best VRBO properties i have stayed in. It was also conviently located to shopping and the the museums in DC. Close to Quantico Marine Base. The neighborhood was safe. The owner was very responsive to inquires. If i am ever in the area again, i will definitely try to book here again.

The house worked great for our family gathering. They provide so many things to help like soaps, paper products, coffee, etc. very responsive hosts. Very clean.

Retirement Ceremony

We were there for a military retirement ceremony. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Everything we needed for the weekend was available. We had an emergency and had to extend our trip by a day, they did not hesitate to allow to stay. So thankful for that.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family reunion in Fredericksburg. We had everything we needed- everything was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable, showers were nice, heating and air were good.

Close to MCBQ and DC

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to Marine Corps Base Quantico and DC. Our group of 6 had room to spread out and there were plenty of spaces to be together or to have time alone.

Wedding getaway

The house was perfect for our stay. We had our wedding in Fredericksburg and needed somewhere to stay for us and family that came with us. House had everything we needed for the stay. The only thing was it was listed for 4 bathrooms but there was only 3 not a big deal for us but for another guests it could be issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Work Vacation

In the area for some work and play. The home provided a great place for the two families to spread out. Condition of the home was good but had some flaws. Overall it was a good stay and we would consider again if in the area.

Family Trip

We selected this home for the location and proximity to family members nearby. The home easily accommodated my family. Two living rooms have the kids their own space to play games and enjoy themselves away from the adults. We will definitely recommend this space to any friends visiting the area.

Family time

The house was a great size and layout for our stay. We had 3 little boys who were able to use the downstairs family room as their play room. It was a great size for them to build their train towns. The bunk room was great for them to all sleep in one room. The upstairs living room worked well for family game time.

Perfect!

The communication was so prompt and helpful. The house was perfect for our family we had three married couples and four preteen/teenagers. Property was a great location for visiting sites in Washington DC as well as Richmond. Plenty of storage, linens, etc. Would definitely choose again!

Secluded View Close to Everything

We were presently surprised with the overall property and experience. Having the ability to have all of our family stay together in one location, a kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner as a family, without having to worry about our neighbors next room over was amazing. Plenty of towels, and the owners even left toothbrushes and drinks in the refrigerator! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again.

Very well care for. Everything provided and in order. Dryer has a problem but that has been reported and will be fixed I am sure. I would suggest additional towel racks in the bathrooms so that when more than one person showers there, there is a place for the towel to be hung to dry. We really liked the facility and would recommend it to anyone especial large groups Thanks Jim

Wedding Trip During Covid Restrictions

We needed to travel to the area for a family wedding. The home is spacious and with the Covid restrictions, it was perfect as there were limitations for places to share a meal or time together for larger groups. The property was extremely convenient to the winery where the wedding was held. The amenities available at the property are as described; we were very pleased with the ample supply of towels and extra blankets. When you are at the home, it feels remote and peaceful yet there are many conveniences close by (grocery stores, Walmart, etc.). Before booking, we did need to make a special request to the owner and the owner was very prompt and amenable with his replies. Overall, it was a great place in which we made great memories.
