“I love the fact that the staff was waiting for us to come at 1:30AM. I appreciate that. It goes without saying that the staff was polite and helpful when we needed it. The breakfast was simple but nutritious. Me and my family enjoyed it and it made us sated. The only thing to improve is a gym. The equipment was pretty old. The room was old as well. But the pieces that I used were working and it helped me start my day with more energy. ”

“Parking was awesome! Staff super friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Hotel was beautiful and clean. We absolutely loved it! I loved that they have chocolate chip cookies as a snack. Flavored water or lemonade at the lobby. The rooms were beautifully decorative. Overalls we decided if we go to Austin, we are staying here and driving in from our hotel. ”

“Broke my PlayStation by switching off the master power while house cleaning after requesting NO HOUSE CLEANING AND REFUSED TO GIVE US A DO NOT DISTURB TAB and then wouldn’t help at all about it and when my wife went to talk to them the were horribly rude. Roaches EVERYWHERE. They took our towels and refused to gives us more ”

“Check in was a little below average and the beds were very uncomfortable maybe slept for 2 hours. We’ve stayed at several Comfort inns and this one had bad beds. ”

“Maybe have certain times that the rooms are cleaned. I do like how the bathroom and kitchen area were still cleaned although I was in the bedroom asleep”

“If I could give zero stars I would. The man was extremely rude, my room was filthy, and the bathroom was so disgusting I opted for a truck stop shower. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! i checked in on a tuesday and there was a piece of pasta in the hall by the elevator and when i left on Saturday morning it was still there the elevator floor is nasty and the whole place smelled. In the room next to us there was a woman screaming for help the she was getting beaten. At least 2 of the nights the police were there arresting someone. ”
