“Clean room but rude staff at check in”

“The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was a hit with my boys and myself The property was conveniently located near Cabales. Will definitely stay again.”

“This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). “Booked a king bed room and got a full sized bed . Had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed because they were fully boo”

“Pool was signed closed but appears this is to stop parties. Pool contained the same plastic bags when we arrived to when we left.”

“We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

“No working elevator. Had to switch rooms because the keys weren’t working on our reserved room. So up and down and up and down. No ice in the ice machine on the second floor…so up and down and up and down. Still charged full price though. Oh…and the toilet was leaking from the bottom.”

“They took my money and made me pay for a deposit then keep me out a hour later because I had a guest over and then still called the cops on me and Expedia refused to help me in anyway I would never rent a room from them both Expedia or village motor inn. ”
