“The building; the accommodations; the staff; the breakfast; the linen!!! There was nothing that would not rate first class. It was our second visit and we plan to make our third later this year.”

“Clean room, helpful staff. No issue with stay. However room design is strange as the lavatory/sink is right by the door making it awkward to answer the door or leave if someone was using the sink/mirror. That is a design flaw and not the fault of the staff. ”

“Clean hotel, nice employees, but there wasn’t a cart to be had for our luggage. I asked for handicap accessibility because my husband is disabled. We were given the room at the very end of the hall. He walks with a cane, but only for a short while. I asked for a wheelchair and was told there wasn’t one at the hotel. The problem was observed by the woman checking us in, but she offered no help. ”

“Outstanding staff - professional, polite and welcoming. The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short walk from some of the best restaurants in Durham. The hotel lobby which serves as a dining area was packed on the holiday. Very clean, comfortable rooms; locally sourced toiletries and plenty of hot water. Five stars across the board and we look forward to our next stay. ”

“The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking around all the different districts downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered several choices ordered from a menu and was served quickly. ”
