“Excellent stay while visiting daughter. Clean hotel and well maintained. Downtown location with parking on site for a fee. Staff are welcoming and friendly, great breakfast selection that comes with hotel stay. Quiet at night, minus the door closing sounds. Air conditioner works perfectly and water heats up instantly. Wonderful hotel.”

“There are two wonderful Mexico restaurants next to the hotel. A market is crossing the street. I had two dinners at two different Mexico restaurants; food was delicious. I didn’t drive my car during my stay because the museums were walkable. Mission Inn was nearby. ”

“I feel that my stay could have been better, minus the fighting all night and kids running up and down the walkway, and waking up to roaches in my food and on a nightstand, I had to throw everything away, and they only discounted one day off of my stay, which it should’ve been the whole thing paid for by them, and the only reason why I checked into that hotel because they had a seven star review, and it was close to family!”

“We only interacted with one woman at check-in and her attitude was a bit less than friendly or outgoing. No smiles, no thank you' s, it was a feeling like we were almost a burden to her otherwise boring day. The facility and room was OK, pretty clean compared to some of the other places we stayed at on this road trip but not as nice as others. It was just a stopover point however so it did fit the bill for that. Had the front desk clerk been just a bit friendlier, this place would have received...

“I had a very frustrating experience staying at WoodSpring Suites Colton and would not recommend this location. I booked and prepaid for my stay through Expedia with no issues on my end. At check-in, the hotel charged a $100 deposit for incidentals, which is standard. However, at checkout, I was told the hotel had only received $4 from Expedia and that they might keep my $100 deposit unless additional payment was collected. This is completely unacceptable. I already paid in full through Expedia,...

“A/C was smelling like mildew, not cleaned routinely. Cockroaches were everywhere, and plumbing was defective. Leaks and filthy conditions. No Excuse for conditions like these. No Star and Disgraceful motel. Colton code enforcement must be non-existent. ”
