Case in affitto a Staines

“The host was fabulous at communicating prior to check in but has failed to answer the concerns on check out day.The outer front door is very stiff and we struggled to enter. The shower is so hot downstairs it should have a warning marker on it. No option for any other temp, just scalding! The upstairs shower is freezing! Again no other option to the cold. There’s no plug to have a bath. The wash hand basin and kitchen sink have warm water so clearly a plumber is required at the property.Other...

“Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video.”

“Quando prenotate il bagno privato tenete in considerazione che voi potreste essere al terzo piano e il bagno al primo con la necessità di fare due rampe di scale per utilizzarlo. Bagno segnalato come privato e il cartello per segnalarlo è comparso soltanto il giorno che siamo partiti. Bagno privato senza nessuna chiave e rispondono che non sono responsabili se qualcun altro lo utilizza senza permesso.”

“4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”

Além disso, havia apenas um banheiro com chuveiro para compartilhar entre os hóspedes de sete quartos da propriedade, e ele ficava no último...

“Close to shopping and train station. Airport was only 15 minutes away.”

“Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...

“Great spot in a cool location. Easy walk to the subway. Apartment was very clean and modern. Great communication with host as they even let us check in early.”
