“Everything was amazing, the food the room and the service. One very minor flaw. On our second and last morning I didn't fancy another of the pubs excellent full English breakfast so asked for porridges and a sausage bap. I was told that I was only allowed one item off the menu even though I feel the cost of my preference was less. The waiter offered to go and enquire if my request could be granted but I refused his offer saying I would go for the full breakfast which he said "was probably best"”

“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid £130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I went into the shower and only realised after I was already wet that there was no shampoo provided in the dispenser/tray. This was a basic amenity that should have been checked before the room was given to guests. The room itself was also not properly maintained. There were spider webs around the...
