Case in affitto a Stanford-le-Hope

“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

“Easy to find. Has two parking spaces at the front of the property. Had everything we needed, but could’ve done with an extra duvet as the one on the double bed was too thin. And temperatures dropped so was a bit chilly ”
