Case in affitto a Stanley

“The gathering place is a beautiful property and location. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outside deck and hot tub were enjoyable! We did go in the basement to play pool but there was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell. I really don’t see how anyone could use the bed in the basement. All of the carpet in the entire basement needs to be pulled up.”

“Very clean, well-appointed home. Good lake view, with sunrises and sunsets.”

“Location of property is great if you're looking for a peaceful retreat. The proximity to the state park and the community beach makes it easy to go for a walk right from the house. You're also a 20 min drive from grocery, wineries, and breweries. House had all the basics that you need for a longer stay. Communication was excellent with host. Main feedback is that one of the beds is not very comfortable but that could be a preference thing for some.”

“Nancy, the host did a great job of making sure I arrived ok and if I needed any information about the area. She was very knowledgeable about the Town of Canandaigua and the surrounding area.”

“Property and property owner were first-rate. Clean, very well supplied and a nice, relaxing location. Lots of outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful lake. Property owner was very communicative and responded promptly to inquiries. Five-star property.”

“The house was very nice. It was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and i would rent it again. ”

“Great property - right on the water. Really really enjoyed having a campfire on the stone beach next to the lake. Excellent night time lighting, just enough to illuminate the steps and docks without being obtrusive.Any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally by Cate (management company).Cleaning crew does a fantastic job, house was nice and clean. The white bed linens were crisp and fresh. Towels all in great condition.Lots of extra's in the house - garbage bags,...

“We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful house.we will definitely be back next year.”

“Nice facility.”

“The host is great, knowledgeable and very responsive. However, the property itself is somewhat worn off, the ACs upstairs were barely functioning, all silverware is hidden (except plastic forks and knives). There is a playroom for kids upstairs, that is really nice if you are traveling with little kids. Great location that is close to everything, just a somewhat pricey.”
