“Parking was great.
The room was nice and spacious.
We didn’t try the hot tub.
The morning guests were a little noisy. I’m guessing just normal foot traffic to and from their room. Nothing out of the ordinary.
We very much enjoyed our stay. We had some beautiful views as well. ”

“Can't beat the location of this motel, right on the main road with great restaurants, attractions, etc. within walking distance. Perfect spot to begin acclimating for mountain trips. Bed was comfy and the host was very helpful with recommendations. Should be noted that some photos in the listing are of the rental house and some of the motel, so be sure you're booking the space you want. ”

“We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place! ”

“Everything was wonderful at this property. The room was probably the best room we've ever stayed in. Very clean and the attention to detail was top notch! All of the staff were really helpful if we needed anything or had any questions.The breakfast was outstanding. The hot tub was clean, well taken care and the perfect temperature. Loved the sauna to! “The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP.
We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us.
Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place!
We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. ”

“In all honesty we won't be back.
The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...
