Weekend get away

We had an amazing time! The rental property was in a nice and quiet location not too far from everything! We even talked about booking again for another weekend getaway!

Quiet home with fireflies

House was great, clean, quiet. Thousands of fireflies at night in the nearby fields. My family loved staying here.

Beautiful Quiet Home

I stayed with my family for a recent wedding down the road in Geneva, NY. Check in process was simple. The property is completely as advertised and was super clean. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and detailed. The area is beautiful farm country and very quiet and peaceful. Great stay.

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for our groups of two families. Kitchen is dry well stocked and clean. Location is so quiet and relaxing. The owner Larry was also very responsive with any questions you may have. Great stay!

Beautiful home!!

The property is very neatly kept up! We loved the old barn and the rural setting. The house was very clean and had all we wanted and more. The owner was very helpful and communicated!! Very lovely place!! We will be back!!

Absolute gem! So comfortable. Super clean.

Perfect for family get-together. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Lots of space to spread out, in the house and in the outdoors surrounding the house. Many thoughtful details throughout. Huge washer & dryer. Bedrooms and bathrooms lovely, towels and linens so thick and soft. Quiet street with plenty of private parking behind the house. Easy 10 or 15 minute stroll to the Ontario Pathways trailhead, where miles of hiking is available. Easy 10 to 15 minute drive to Seneca Lake State Park, to shopping (grocery and others), and to friendly churches. Local "you pick" farms for seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, apples, etc) nearby as well. Lovely details in house include small watercolor paintings; games and recreation equipment; art supplies; fully stocked Keurig coffee maker; baskets of amenities; even, in our case, a beautiful bouquet of cut flowers that remained fresh throughout our six night stay.

Exceptionally clean, older, spacious home out in the country…. Maybe 6-8 miles from town. We never saw the park like setting / trails as pictured, but did see a sign for trails on the way to town one day. All spacious bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom on both levels which was perfect for three women. There are a LOT of windows downstairs, some with no coverings and the rest …. all with sheer coverings, which is fine …. except at night, it gave us an uneasy feeling, like being in a fishbowl effect. We met the owner, Larry one day and told him our concern with the sheers, so hopefully that will change for any future ladies that book there. Also included was the a hefty cleaning fee, but unlike other short term rental stays, we had to pull all the linens and take all the trash to the outside receptacle. All in all, it would be a great place for families, however, the three of us ladies were more comfortable at our next short term rental in downtown Seneca Falls. Side note FYI: we were there for the a concert at a Geneva event center. Our U*** ride to the event was 52 and the U*** home was 92.

This house was the best I’ve stayed in. It was super clean and comfortable. We visited wineries in the area and it was nicely located. Very peaceful setting. Welcome flowers and basket was a wonderful touch. Thank you!

Comfortable farm house

We enjoyed our stay. The owners thought of lots of nice things like adarondack chairs under a shade tree and flowers around the property, a basket of goodies, toiletries in the bathroom. The nightly price was fair but the add on fees were absolutely ridiculous —cleaning fees and we took out our own trash and stripped our own beds. Other fees added up to much more than the price of the rental!! Appreciated the coffee and we’ll stocked kitchen utensils plates etc.
