“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything...

“The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!”

“We had a great stay and would definitely come back! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The pool and hot tub were both excellent and a big hit with the kids. The hotel was very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of options to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience...

“Everything was pretty good but common bar was closed. Peets coffee is nearby. Elevators need some attention.”

“Great staff and service throughout the stay. The location was very convenient and the hotel was generally quiet, allowing for good rest at night. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide variety and very good quality. The only downside was the room: it felt a bit dark and the bathroom tended to flood while taking a shower. Overall, still a very pleasant experience.”
