“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low.
Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Basic hotel with decent room and amenities. I wish we would have known the rooms are right up against the loud busy road. Our view was of traffic and we got to listen to sirens and cars all day and night. Also the lights when you walk into the room and bathroom are motion sensor and drove us nuts having kids and trying to keep the room dark for them to sleep. Overall decent for the price but not sure we would stay again. ”

“I checked in on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for a three-night stay in three rooms. I immediately checked out because the experience was nothing like the pictures. The rooms had an overwhelming musty and cigarette smell, and there were spiders present. The hotel bathroom tiles were covered in mildew, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend this place.”

“This hotel provides a 5 star experience at half the price! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming with every interaction--happy to help both guests and each other with smiles. Very refreshing.
Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare.
Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms...

“Location eccellente e punto di forza della struttura. Il personale, salvo delle rare eccezioni, è stato poco sorridente e poco Guest oriented. Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. Devo ammettere che non trovare caffè, bollitore e dell’acqua di cortesia in camera è stata una bruttissima sorpresa. Queste amenities ci sono in hotel di categoria inferiore ormai ovunque. La chiusura del bar alle 21...
