“Very nice room and quiet on upmost floor. Check in was very friendly and considerate. During my 4 Night stay my Room was not serviced at all and after asking in the evening there was on plausible explanation given☹️”

“I got there at 1PM they said there was a room available but they charged me $25 extra because the check in is at 4PM. If there was a room ready why they need to charge me extra for it?! There was no extra work neither inconvenience. And let’s be honest, who does a check in at 4PM?! Why am I paying for less than 24h staying in a hotel room? Plus, the parking lot cost $21. Rather than the extra costs, the room was comfortable and clean.”

“I stayed for 2 nights with my family, we were a total of 5 people and we had a great room for all of us in the first floor. The girl that helped us at front desk was super nice (I can’t remember her name but she had black hair and looks very young). My only dislike was the breakfast, most of the options were prepackaged food, not sure if they pre-heat the same ones that people don’t eat the next morning, but the texture was awful. “I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfasts are terrific, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to Anschutz Medical Center for people that have someone in the hospital. Even though I didn’t have a pet with me this time, I appreciate that they allow pets. 🐕. If there is a negative, it’s that parking is a little tight, especially handicap parking.”

“Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and newly renovated. The lighting throughout the rooms and common areas was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The communal hangout area was a great space to relax and socialize. The staff provided outstanding service and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained hotel.”

“I've been here for many days as it's close to the hospital, the staff has been very friendly this entire stay, very helpful with needing to extend stays, and I see the maintenance crew keeping up the property, it's nice to see the work they put into keeping the space clean and looking nice.”
