“Our check-in experience was very disappointing. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful from the start. When she asked if we had ever stayed at the hotel before and we said no, she offered very little information. We weren’t even told where the elevators were and ended up walking the wrong way. When we asked where the gym was located, she said it was on the lower level. When we asked where the lower level was, she simply repeated “the lower level,” without any explanation or...

“Siamo arrivati all'hotel coi barboni davanti all'ingresso per poi dover chiedere anche di cambiare stanza per un nido di farfalle che svolazzavano allegramente in camera. nella seconda camera comunque non abbiamo dormito per un via vai continuo fuori tra urla ed ubriaconi. la colazione era inclusa ma non abbiamo voluto neanche vederla scappando via appena alzati ”
