“TV didn't work. The hotel is very worn and dated and in need of extensive renovation. Pleasant staff however!!”

Camera molto spaziosa, con due letti Queen (purtroppo moquette a terra, ma comunque pulita). Letti comodissimi.Wifi ben funzionante. Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata, abbastanza varia e abbondante.”

“Decent location but the lake isn’t directly visible from the property. A bit of an older, rustic feel to the rooms. They have a guitarist/singer that plays outside which is nice but we didn’t sit to listen. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs and bagels for the most part.”

“The Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn in Estes Park, CO is a great place to stay. It has nice rooms and amenities, a great complimentary breakfast and pool, and is super clean. All of the staff are super friendly. When we come back and visit Estes Park, CO again, for sure we will stay at the Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn!”

“Bathroom shower area was not very clean. Top ledge of shower in right corner had someone's old soap wrapper and left corner had a huge dust or hairball. Husband took pics of shower to show what he thought was mold and they said it wasn't. Not a 4 star establishment.”

“Over priced, room does not function for people who needs to use computer, no staff after 9:00 pm, sink is outside the bathroom.”
