Hotel vicino a Star Cars Museum - Gatlinburg

“Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich.”

“The room was very spacious and a great location. Not in the business of Gatlinburg and really easy to get to the national park.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

“We stayed here for a wedding and everything was perfect. close to the venue and the staff was accomidating”

“I was greeted by two lovely ladies who helped me check in. I was just stopping by to check the premises out since I was WAY early for check in (11:30 AM) and my room was already ready and she let me check in! I was given a gift with 2 waters, apples, and few pieces of candy. The room is EXACTLY as online. I loved the mountain vibe with decor and looked to be recently renovated, clean and roomy. The pool was big and refreshing, and the free breakfast was a slight step up from the typical hotel...

“About the only bad thing is 2am thumping from vehicles going down main roads waking people up, but that’s not the hotel’s fault but law enforcement needs to take care of that , maybe your hotel and others in the area could say something to law enforcement to take care of this problem. Otherwise great time, staff were awesome, we will be back thanks.”

“I wanted that hotel because it was walking distance to everything. There was a nice balcony to sit outside. I did not have the breakfast but it was nice that it was included. Very reasonability priced.”

“The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor”
